5.3 Refund Policy

• 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new students
• Refunds for cancelled courses will be processed within 14 business days
• No refunds for completed courses or sessions
• Partial refunds may be available for unused portions of courses

6. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled lessons punctually
• Complete assigned coursework and assessments
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Use course materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Provide at least 4 hours notice for lesson cancellations
• Maintain appropriate conduct during online sessions
